The views are not all the Observation Deck has to offer.

Providing a 360-degree panoramic view of landmarks of Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Maryland, the new CEB Tower has an Observation Deck soaring 31 stories high.

Students living at Marymount University, as well as Arlington County residents, are fortunate enough to receive free admission to the Observation Deck. Students that are not residents of Arlington County are still eligible for a student discount with a student ID.

The Observation Deck is only 10 minutes away from both Marymount’s main campus and Ballston campus, and is easily accessible for students, as the entrance is directly across from the Rosslyn Metro Station. Students can simply take the campus shuttle to the Ballston Metro Station, and from there, Rosslyn is only a few stops away.

The views are not all the Observation Deck has to offer. The tower has interactive displays throughout the circular deck, with each display showing history that corresponds with the view. There is historical information about Georgetown, Crystal City, Silver Spring, and more.

Political influence is everywhere within the beltway, so it only makes sense to add a political aspect to this experience. The interactive displays take votes about many different issues, and before you descend the tower, the results are shown from that day and every day since they opened.

The Observation Deck also offers food, drinks, and photo opportunities for guests to enjoy during their experience. It is the perfect location to grab a meal with a picturesque view.

Once a month, the CEB Tower will host a special happy hour event for their guests. The happy hour for October will be held on the first Friday of the month at 5 p.m. Guests can enjoy discounted admission prices, food, and drinks during this time.

The Observation Deck is open rain or shine, seven days a week. Regardless of weather, the deck offers sensational views of the National Mall, Georgetown, and the National Harbor in the distance.
