“Marymount was my last choice school. I came to a preview day with the mindset that I wasn’t going to come here. I got into the Corp of Cadets at a Military College in Vermont and it was my dream school. One day I came to the realization that I shouldn’t pick a school because it looks good on my obituary but rather one that fits me best which is how I ended up here. I had a rough start to my college life but it has made me a better person and has helped me understand the world around me. Marymount changed my perception on life and who I want to be as a person. It enabled me to meet people that I will cherish for the rest of my life. It gave me purpose to want to strive to achieve my goals. Marymount has humbled me and made me learn to love a small community.”
